What should I serve with a bottle of Opus One?

I bought my wife a bottle of 2002 Opus One and was wondering what I should serve with it. I am thinking something special like Pizza rolls or microwave taquitos.

3. Everone knows it's Bagel bites. Yum! A $90 bottle of red with $4 treats! It doesn't get any better than this!
4. Leave Bill the Cat out of this. AAACK. I suggest steak, but really it doesn't matter, because it's Opus One and who's going to pay attention to the food.
5. Garlic and butter smoked octopus garnished with young, tender kelp shoots is always a safe bet.
6. i might drink it by itself...perhaps some good, aged cheese
